Is there no information about this firm online? It depends on what you are applying for. Those with agency qualification certificates can work as agents anywhere. If you are not doing foreign-related cases, you may use less English. The interview is just a formality. The key is to see whether you are really capable of doing the case. If the case is beautifully written, there must be no problem. There is a shortage of capable people in the company now. Written tests are generally more difficult.
