Yes, an individual's registered trademark can be directly transferred to others. The transfer process and materials to be prepared are as follows:

1. Prepare transfer materials: the individual transferor needs to provide personal ID card, the transferee needs to provide personal ID card and business license of individual industrial and commercial households if it is an individual, and the transferee needs to provide company business license and official seal if it is a company; Trademark registration certificate; Application for trademark transfer/registration signed by both parties; Entrusting a trademark agency also requires the agency to provide a trademark agency power of attorney.

2. Submit the application materials for trademark transfer to the Trademark Office;

3. The Trademark Office accepts the examination;

4. After examination, make an announcement and issue a Certificate of Approval and Transfer of Registered Trademark.
