Tea planting
Tea planting needs to pay attention to the following points:
1. Location: Tea trees like to grow in mountainous areas at an altitude of 800- 1500m, and choose places with fertile soil, good drainage and sufficient sunshine.
2. Seedling raising: Generally, seedling raising is carried out in February-March. Select high-quality seeds, soak them in warm water for 24 hours, and then put them in a seedling tray to keep them moist.

4. Management: keep the soil moist during the tea growing period, and timely fertilize, weed and loosen the soil.

The production of tea is mainly divided into the following steps:
1. Picking: generally picking in the morning or evening. When picking, young leaves and buds should be selected to avoid picking old leaves and buds.
2. Withering: After picking, put the tea in a place with proper ventilation and humidity, so that the water in the tea can be slowly emitted to achieve the effect of withering.
3. Kneading: put the withered tea leaves into a kneading machine and knead them into the shape of tea leaves, and at the same time let the juice in the tea leaves be fully released.
4. Fermentation: Put the twisted tea in a place with proper ventilation and humidity, and let the tea ferment, so that the aroma and taste of the tea are more intense.
5. Drying: the fermented tea leaves are put into a dryer to dry, so that the moisture in the tea leaves is evaporated, and the effect of preservation is achieved.
The legend of tea tree
Tea trees are rich in legends and stories, the most famous of which is "Shennong tasted a hundred herbs".
According to legend, a long time ago, Shennong tasted a hundred herbs and accidentally ate poisonous weeds, which made him very unwell. He found a plant that can detoxify, so he used it to treat himself. This plant is tea tree.
There is also a legend about the tea tree elf. According to legend, tea elves are mysterious creatures. They will appear on tea trees at night to protect their growth. If someone destroys the tea tree, the tea tree elves will punish this person.
