On June 5438+0 1, Jiangsu Provincial Leading Group Office for Trademark Strategy Implementation, Provincial Administration for Industry and Commerce, and Intellectual Property College of Nanjing University of Science and Technology jointly launched the report of Jiangsu Regional Trademark Brand Development Index for the first time, and made statistical analysis on the trademark brand development of 13 provincial cities. This is the first regional trademark brand development index report in China.
The report takes brand policy support, brand development effectiveness, brand protection, social coordination and brand development potential as the first-level indicators. Among the first-level indicators, the core indicators are the investment of special funds for brand development, the number of valid registered trademarks in China, the number of well-known trademarks, the proportion of the added value of independent brand enterprises in GDP, the case value of trademark infringement administrative cases, the scale development level of trademark agencies and the annual growth rate of the added value of independent brand enterprises.
The Report shows that the development of regional trademark brands in the province is generally good, but the regional differences are not small. Suzhou, Nanjing, Wuxi, Nantong and Yangzhou rank among the top five in comprehensive ranking and core index ranking respectively.
Since 20 10, our province has started to implement the trademark strategy. ? Twelfth Five-Year Plan? During this period, there were 520,000 valid registered trademarks in our province, right? The total number of valid registered trademarks in Madrid reached more than 1.800, nearly 1 times higher than that of 20 10, ranking third in the country. Since 20 14, the trademark brand in our province has entered an active period, and a scientific and reasonable evaluation system is urgently needed to provide clear guidance for the construction and development of trademark brands in various places, so that each place can clearly understand its own advantages and disadvantages and carry out targeted development. ?
