Building the Menghai Tea Factory: In the 1940s, Mr. Fan Hejun, who studied at the University of Paris, returned to China in order to revitalize Chinese tea and was appointed by the China Tea Company to go to Yunnan to prepare for the construction of the Menghai Tea Factory. Xiaguan Tuocha: The company was formerly known as Xiaguan Tea Factory in Yunnan Province. The factory was founded in 1941 and is located in Dali City, the largest pressed tea processing center and tea distribution center in Yunnan.
