Gujing Gongjiu Vintage Puree China Dragon Red is Gujing Gongjiu’s flagship series of vintage puree, a mid-to-high-end 42-degree strong-flavor liquor. Gujing Gong Liquor, produced in Bozhou, Anhui Province, is a representative of Jianghuai Luzhou-flavor liquor. One of the eight oldest famous wines in China, with a history of more than 1,800 years, it is known as "China's No. 1 Tribute" and "Peony in Wine". Gujinggong has many loyal users in Anhui and is a local hard currency, but it is slightly less popular outside the province. In 2008, Gujing Gongjiu officially launched the vintage puree series and registered it as a trademark.
The vintage puree series ranges from the entry-level gift version to Ancient 5, the mid-range series Ancient 8, Ancient 16, the sub-high-end series Ancient 20, and the high-end series Ancient 26. This Chinese dragon red implements the GB/T 19327 standard, which is the national standard for the geographical indication product Gujing Gongjiu. It uses high-quality Anhui wheat, sorghum, rice, glutinous rice, corn and water as raw materials, and is within the scope of geographical indication product protection. Wine produced using unique traditional techniques using its natural microorganisms. Its brewing Daqu is divided into "two flowers and one volt" according to the seasons, namely peach blossom qu in spring, fuqu in summer and chrysanthemum qu in autumn. The wine is full of aroma, deep and sweet, smooth in the mouth, and has a mellow and long taste.
