Legal analysis: The National Emblem Law stipulates that the national emblem and its pattern shall not be used in the following four situations: first, trademarks, advertisements and appearance patents; Second, the furnishings of daily life; Third, private celebration activities; Fourth, the General Office of the State Council stipulates that the national emblem and its pattern shall not be used in other occasions. The Chinese people and the national emblem are the symbols and symbols of the Chinese people and the country. To safeguard the dignity of the national emblem means not to insult the national emblem in any way, and not to hang the damaged, defiled or substandard national emblem.
Legal basis: Article 13 of the Law of the People's Republic of China on the National Emblem shall not be used for: (1) trademarks, designs granted with patent rights or commercial advertisements; (2) furnishings and arrangements for daily necessities and daily life; (3) Private celebration and hanging activities; (four) other occasions when the General Office of the State Council stipulates that the national emblem and its pattern shall not be used.
