On October 28, the closing ceremony of the 2011 China Intellectual Property System (English) Training Course was held in Beijing. Tian Lipu, Director of the State Intellectual Property Office, attended the ceremony and delivered a speech and issued completion certificates to the students.

Tian Lipu pointed out that as the development of patent and intellectual property rights becomes more and more international, intellectual property institutions around the world are more willing to cooperate with each other and share work. The State Intellectual Property Office of China also There are many bilateral and multilateral international cooperations with other intellectual property institutions around the world. We are willing to show our friendly and open attitude to friends from all over the world through training courses and demonstrate our confidence in the patent cause.

This training was hosted by the State Intellectual Property Office and co-organized by Tongji University and China Intellectual Property Training Center. Twenty examiners from the European Patent Office, Japan, South Korea, Mongolia, Cuba, Costa Rica and Egypt attended the graduation ceremony.

This training course lasts for two weeks and is held in Shanghai and Beijing. The training course introduced China's basic legal system, social system, humanistic environment, as well as China's patent system, examination, documentation, automation and other aspects to students from various countries. During the training, the trainees visited the State Intellectual Property Office of China, went to local intellectual property offices, courts and enterprises for research, and also visited the homes of patent examiners.
