It is also equipped with 3 large cold storages, 3 quick-freezing storages and 3 acid discharge storages. The daily slaughtering capacity of the slaughtering plant can reach 800 to 1,000 heads. The first phase of the Tang County Changxin Animal Husbandry Black Pig Breeding Industrialization Project started construction in 2010 and ended in 2012, with a total investment of 120 million yuan. It mainly built two black pig breeding plants and fattening plants. The factory is equipped with 2 feed workshops, purchased corresponding production equipment, and set up more than 300 acres of pasture and more than 400 acres of raw grain planting fields to prepare for the annual production of 50,000 black pigs.
Up to now, Tangxian Changxin Animal Husbandry has invested a total of 230 million yuan in the first and second phases of the project to build three major areas for breeding, fattening and slaughtering. Currently, there are 750 breeding pigs and fattening black pigs. With more than 6,000 pigs in stock, it has formed a new model of black pig breeding in the entire industry chain of independent breeding, fattening, slaughtering and direct sales. It has become a black pig breeding base with high scientific level, advanced breeding technology and large single farm production scale in Hebei Province. Tang County Changxin Animal Husbandry is located in Dongluozhuang Village, Luozhuang Township, Tang County. Black pork was welcomed by consumers as soon as it was launched in October 2013. The black pork produced at this base is bright red in color, tender in texture, mellow and delicious, and has a good texture. And registered the "Zhili Black Pig" trademark to create an independent brand. So far, it has developed 13 direct-operated stores in Beijing, Shijiazhuang, Baoding and other places, and entered 11 supermarkets. Although the price of black pork is 2 to 3 times that of ordinary pork, demand still exceeds supply. "Zhili black pork is only for good meat", establishing a good market reputation for black pork.
It is understood that the third phase of project construction will be carried out from next year to 2018, with a total planned investment of 320 million yuan, mainly for the construction of cooked food workshops and the creation of three-dimensional agriculture. The cooked food workshop has built four production lines for braising, filling, sauce and smoking.
