Aishida AR-Y4118 mechanical rice cooker disassembly method:

Step 1: Use a cross screwdriver to remove the bottom screws. There are usually 3-4 screws in the base, under the trademark.

Step 7: Loosen the ground wire screw at the 2 positions shown in Figure 1

Step 8: Remove the heating and insulation control part

The rice cooker is completely disassembled.
