1. Application: To apply for the recognition of famous trademarks in the province, an application shall be submitted to the Provincial Administration for Industry and Commerce, and the Trademark Management Office of the Provincial Administration shall be responsible for accepting the application. When applying for a famous trademark, the applicant shall fill in the "Application Form for Identification of Famous Trademarks in the Province", provide relevant materials, and provide valid certification documents for the past three years.

2. Recommendation: After accepting the application, the Municipal Administration for Industry and Commerce considers that it meets the requirements for the recognition of famous trademarks in the province, and after signing the recommendation opinions, it will recommend it to the provincial famous trademark recognition Committee; If it is considered that it does not meet the conditions for recognition, it shall not be recommended and the applicant shall be notified.

3. Identification: The Provincial Administration for Industry and Commerce organized the establishment of the Provincial Famous Trademark Identification Committee, which is responsible for the identification of famous trademarks in this province. If it is recognized as a provincial famous trademark, the Provincial Administration for Industry and Commerce shall issue the Certificate of Provincial Famous Trademark and make an announcement; If it is not recognized, the provincial administration for industry and commerce shall return the materials and explain the reasons in writing.

4. Extension: The period of validity of famous trademarks is three years. If it is necessary to retain the title of provincial famous trademark at the expiration of the validity period, the trademark owner shall apply for renewal three months before the expiration of the famous trademark. The filing and examination of the renewal application shall be subject to the preliminary identification procedure of famous trademarks.
