The following are personal opinions and are for reference only.
1. The goods to be deleted refer to the goods with multiple categories specified by the cited trademarks (Olkalag and Pinyin 3713239) in the application process, some of which may constitute the same or similar trademarks with other trademarks in the same or similar goods/services, so the cited trademarks may be partially rejected (all goods except "hat" are rejected). When the partial rejection decision has not yet taken effect (i.e., the partial rejection decision just issued has not yet taken effect or the trademark applicant is cited for reexamination), the category status of the partially rejected goods is: goods to be deleted. After the partial rejection decision takes effect, the status of this part of the goods is: deleted goods.
2. Validity of the goods to be deleted: From the legal effect, citing the goods to be deleted in the trademark can also be used as the basis for rejecting the trademark you applied for, but because of its unstable legal status (it may be rejected), it is generally not used as the basis for rejection in practice. Therefore, the basis of the cited trademark you provide to reject your trademark application should not be the goods to be deleted, but the "hat".
as shown in the following figure: the cited trademark was finally announced and authorized by the "hat" for preliminary examination (it was invalid without renewal).
