How many days are required to file a trademark infringement report?

Seven working days. The industrial and commercial administrative organs shall verify the complaints, appeals, reports, materials transferred by other agencies and assigned by the superior authorities within seven working days from the date of receipt, and decide whether to file the case; under special circumstances, this may be extended to fifteen working days. A decision will be made within a few days whether to file a case. Cases subject to general procedures shall be subject to a decision within ninety days from the date of filing the case; if the case is complex and a decision cannot be made within the prescribed time limit, it may be extended for thirty days with the approval of the person in charge of the industrial and commercial administrative agency; the case is particularly complex , if a decision still cannot be made after an extension, the relevant meeting of the industrial and commercial administrative agency shall collectively discuss and decide whether to continue to extend the extension.
