The company is a state-owned joint venture and headquartered in Guangzhou Huaban Capital. At present, Dongfeng Nissan has five automobile factories in East China Capital, Xiangyang, Zhengzhou, Dalian and Changzhou.

The models are Loulan, Xima, Teana, Bluebird, Qi Jun, Hacker, Jinke, Tuda, Sylphy and Tiida, and the imported version is Toule.
