Guangzhou Trademark Office, Guangzhou Trademark Office: The administrative organs under the provincial and municipal governments do not have trademark offices, but generally have trademark supervision and administration offices in the local industrial and commercial bureaus. The State Administration for Industry and Commerce has a Trademark Office, which is in charge of trademark registration and management throughout the country. It is responsible for the registration of trademarks such as commodity trademarks, service trademarks, collective trademarks and certification trademarks, handling trademark objection rulings such as alteration, transfer, renewal, replacement and cancellation of registered trademarks and related matters, guiding, coordinating and organizing local industrial and commercial administrations to investigate and deal with trademark infringement and counterfeiting cases, identifying and protecting well-known trademarks according to law, and supervising and managing trademark agencies. To study and formulate rules and regulations, specific measures and methods for trademark registration management, organize the specific implementation of international treaties and agreements on trademarks in China, and undertake the related work of international exchange and cooperation on trademarks.
