What does non-litigation mean?

Non-litigation is a legal matter.

3. Citizens, legal persons or other social organizations make requests or entrustments to lawyers.

Article 177 of the Civil Procedure Law of the People's Republic of China The provisions of this chapter shall apply to capacity cases, cases of determining the ownership of property, cases of confirming mediation agreements and cases of realizing security rights. If there are no provisions in this chapter, the relevant provisions of this Law and other laws shall apply.
