Tieba Agreement

Welcome to Baidu Tieba, please read the following terms carefully. If you object to any terms of this agreement, you can choose not to enter Baidu Tieba; if you enter Baidu Tieba It means that you will agree to abide by all the provisions of this agreement and completely submit to the unified management of Baidu Tieba.

Chapter 1 General Provisions

Article 1 "Baidu" and "Tieba" are registered trademarks of Baidu Company. No one may use them in any form without the permission of Baidu Company.

Article 2 Baidu Tieba is an information storage space provided by Baidu to users and provides a platform for discussion and communication.

Article 3 The ownership, operation rights and management rights of Baidu Tieba belong to Baidu Company.

Article 4 The final interpretation right of this agreement belongs to Baidu.

Chapter 2 Tieba Users

Article 4 All registered users and browsing users are Baidu Tieba users (hereinafter collectively referred to as "users").

Article 5 Users’ personal information is protected and inquiries from any individual or unit will not be accepted. Except for inquiries by state agencies in accordance with the law, and except for the disclosure of users' personal settings.

Article 6 Users have the right to freedom of expression.

Article 7 Users’ words and deeds must not violate the "Administrative Measures for the Security Protection of Computer Information Network International Networks", "Administrative Measures for Internet Information Services", "Administrative Regulations on Internet Electronic Bulletin Services", and "Decision on Maintaining Internet Security" ", "Internet News Information Service Management Regulations" and other relevant laws and regulations, you are not allowed to publish, disseminate or otherwise transmit information containing any of the following contents on Baidu Tieba: 1) Opposing the basic principles established by the Constitution; 2) Endangering the country security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, and undermining national unity; 3) damaging national honor and interests; 4) inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, and undermining ethnic unity; 5) undermining national religious policies, promoting cults and feudal superstitions 6) Spreading rumors, disrupting social order and undermining social stability; 7) Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror or instigating crimes; 8) Insulting or slandering others and infringing on others' legitimate rights; 9) Inciting illegal assemblies, associations, processions, demonstrations, or gathering people to disturb social order; 10) Activities in the name of illegal civil organizations; 11) Containing information that is false, harmful, threatening, infringing on other people's privacy, harassing, infringing, slanderous, vulgar, obscene, or Other morally objectionable content; 12) Containing other content restricted or prohibited by Chinese laws, regulations, rules, regulations and any legally binding norms.

Article 8 When users publish articles on Baidu Tieba, in addition to complying with this agreement, they must also comply with the relevant regulations of the bar owner for the bar.

Article 9 Users are not allowed to publish any form of advertisements in Baidu Tieba.

Article 10 Users shall bear all civil or criminal legal liabilities directly or indirectly caused by their personal actions. If the user's actions cause losses to Baidu, the user shall be responsible for compensation.

Article 11 Baidu Tieba has the right to deal with users who violate the rules of this site until they are prohibited from posting information in this Tieba.

Article 12 In addition to the Tieba officially managed by Baidu, users have the right to apply to be the owner of other bars according to the Baidu bar owner process.

Article 13 It is prohibited to use any illegal software such as posting machines to break the bar or post illegally.

Article 14 If any user finds that the content of a Tieba post is suspected of insulting or slandering others, infringing upon the legitimate rights and interests of others, or violating the Tieba Agreement, he or she has the right to lodge a complaint in accordance with the Tieba Complaint Rules.

Article 15 In order to provide a high-quality communication platform for the majority of users, and at the same time enable the benign and healthy development of each post bar, users who are involved in reactionary and pornographic avatars, signatures, and publish inappropriate content will be punished , be dealt with severely. Once such behavior is discovered, the ID will be permanently banned and all comments will be cleared.

Chapter 3 Rights Statement

Article 16 Tieba is created by users and is a platform for users to introduce and comment on the things and phenomena referred to in the name of the bar. Tieba articles only represent the author's views and have nothing to do with Baidu.

All responsibilities arising from the authenticity of the user's comments are borne by the user, and Baidu does not assume any responsibility.

Article 17 Any disputes and/or losses that arise or may arise between users due to the use of Baidu Tieba shall be resolved by the users themselves and shall bear corresponding responsibilities, and shall have nothing to do with Baidu.

Article 18 Baidu Company has the right to reprint or quote works published by users on Baidu Tieba.

Article 19. The user licenses the copyright property rights of any content published on Baidu Tieba at any time, and the user grants Baidu a free, permanent, irrevocable, and sublicensable license worldwide. and non-exclusive use rights, including but not limited to: reproduction rights, distribution rights, rental rights, exhibition rights, performance rights, screening rights, broadcast rights, information network dissemination rights, filming rights, adaptation rights, translation rights, and compilation rights and other copyright property rights enjoyed by the copyright holder as stipulated in the Copyright Law. Furthermore, the user authorizes Baidu to have the right to file an independent lawsuit against any subject for infringement and obtain full compensation.

Chapter 4 Punishment Rules

Article 20 Baidu solemnly reminds users that if any one or more of the following situations occur, they will be liable for all or part of their permissions being shut down, and being punished. The consequences of suspending or deleting their account, if the circumstances are serious, will also bear corresponding legal liability.

1. Use indecent or inappropriate IDs and nicknames;

2. Publish illegal or infringing remarks such as obscenity, pornography, personal attacks and anti-government remarks;

3. Engage in illegal business activities;

4. Imitate the ID of Tieba managers or other people’s IDs to impersonate managers or damage the image of managers;

5. Use Illegal software such as posting machines are used to explode and post illegally.

6. Other situations that Baidu considers inappropriate.

Article 21 If any of the following situations occurs in an article, Baidu Tieba management has the right to delete it without notifying the author in advance, and impose corresponding penalties in accordance with relevant regulations. In serious cases, Baidu Tieba administrators have the right to close some of their permissions, suspend or even delete their accounts.

1. Publish articles containing content prohibited from publishing or disseminating in Article 7 of this Agreement;

2. Publish articles that do not conform to the theme of the page or have no content;

3. The same article appears multiple times;

4. Violates the provisions of Article 9 of this Agreement and publishes advertisements;

5. The content of the article or personal signature will contain There is content or format that seriously affects users' browsing;

6. Other situations that Baidu deems inappropriate.
