How does the applicant know that the trademark review application submitted has been accepted by the Trademark Review and Adjudication Board?

Within thirty days from the date of receipt of the trademark review application, the Trademark Review and Adjudication Board shall, upon review, deem that it meets the statutory conditions, accept the application and notify the party concerned in writing; if it deems that the statutory conditions are not met, it shall notify the party concerned in writing that it shall not be accepted and reasons stated. The Trademark Review and Adjudication Board believes that the party's application basically meets the statutory conditions, but if it needs to be supplemented and corrected, it can limit the party to make corrections within a specified time limit; if no supplements and corrections are made within the time limit, it will not be accepted, the party will be notified in writing, and all application documents will be returned.
