Generally, when you buy bamboo tube wine, a wooden hammer will be given in the package. Just use the wooden hammer to gently knock a hole on the front of the bamboo tube wine. It does not need to be too big, as too much will cause a lot of bamboo chips to fall out. Pour it into the wine (the front side here means there is a small slanted opening on the front of the bamboo tube wine), knock it open and slowly pour it out along the sloping opening, then put it into a decanter to allow the wine to fully oxidize and taste sweeter.
