N08028/No8028 is an ultra-low carbon austenitic alloy with excellent corrosion resistance in harsh corrosive media in the chemical industry. It has good resistance to uniform corrosion in wet phosphoric acid. The process performance is similar to that of general austenite. Due to its excellent comprehensive properties, this alloy has been widely used in chemical processing industrial countries in recent years. This alloy cannot be strengthened by heat treatment and can only be strengthened by cold working.

N08028/No8028 corrosion resistance: It has good resistance to uniform corrosion in some harsh corrosive environments. It is better than 904L in H2SO4, close to Hastelloy G, and has good performance in H3PO4. It is better than ordinary stainless steel in HCl, HF and HNO3. Because of its extremely low carbon content, it has good intergranular corrosion resistance. The corrosion resistance does not decrease after multiple weldings, and the resistance to pitting corrosion and crevice corrosion is also good.

N08028/No8028 physical properties: density 8.0g/cm3, melting point: 1350~1370 ℃, specific heat capacity: 450~530J/kg.K, thermal conductivity: 11.4~16.7. W (m.K), Modulus of elasticity: 200 MPa.

N08028/No8028 processing and welding: The hot processing temperature is 950~1150 degrees, and 1120 degrees is recommended. It is easy to cold form and does not need to be annealed after cold forming. In order to exert the excellent corrosion resistance of the alloy, solution annealing is required, and the solution annealing temperature is between 1080 and 1140 degrees. The welding performance is good and there is no tendency of hot cracking.

N08028/No8028 application fields: mainly used in wet phosphoric acid production. It is widely used in seawater, chemical processing containing F-HCL and production of organic acids.
