Will the trademark registration be successful after the notice of trademark acceptance comes out?
Hello, after a customer applies for a trademark, the Trademark Office will issue an acceptance notice within 25 working days. After receiving the notice, it shows that the trademark can use TM logo, and the trademark has been successfully accepted by the State Trademark Office. Then why is there a document refusing to notify? After the notice of trademark acceptance comes out, the Trademark Office will make a preliminary announcement. If a similar trademark applicant raises an objection during the preliminary announcement, the Trademark Office will reject the trademark application according to the principle of priority. A trademark may, within 15 days from the date of receiving this notice, apply to the trademark assessor of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce for reexamination.
