Second, the rights and obligations:

1. 3. Party B's responsibilities:

(3) If Party A provides false materials, Party B has the right to terminate the trademark registration business, and the advance payment collected according to the contract will not be refunded.

2. During the performance of the contract, if there are laws, regulations and policies to promote offset, but can not continue to perform, the principal-agent contract will be automatically terminated.
