To apply for a registered trademark in the United States, you must first go to

system will check whether the trademark you want to register has already been used.
Then submit an electronic application online.
The application fee is US$275.
It should be noted that even if the application is rejected,
The fees will not be refunded.
If the applied trademark is a pattern,
The system will ask you to upload materials.
The trademark will be published in a weekly online announcement.
If anyone has objections to the trademark,
or feels that the trademark is close to them,
Objections can be made or the date can be extended for 30 days to allow for review.
If no one objects to the trademark, the application is successful.
After successful application, there will be the word (TM).
You will receive a permission notice within 12 weeks after publication in the Gazette
You are allowed to use the trademark for commercial purposes within six months. When the first product using the trademark is sold,
a statement of use must be submitted.
If it takes more than half a year to officially sell the product,
you can apply for a six-month extension and pay the extension fee.
When submitting a statement of use,
you must provide sales slips, receipts and other evidence.
There is also a $100 fee. After successful submission, the (TM) next to the trademark will change to (R). You will then receive a trademark registration certificate.
The trademark certificate is updated approximately every 5 years.
