1. Stainless steel mosaic (stainless steel sheet+bottom ceramic particles+back net)-the decline is due to dim oxidation.

Advantages: low cost of stainless steel plate and low product price; Wear-resistant, floor decoration;

Disadvantages: the color is single, mostly gold and silver, and the surface technology is only brushed and mirrored; The surface is still easy to oxidize, the color is dim, and the inferior ones have rust spots. Stainless steel skin, ceramic particles, back mesh paste, particles are easy to peel off, heavy, installation needs to be filled with mud.

2. Aluminum-plastic mosaic (aluminum-plastic particles+sponge glue)-has become the mainstream since 10, with many patterns.

Advantages: the aluminum-plastic plate is rich in color, and its surface technology includes drawing, flashing, drawing, mirror surface, stone grain, wood grain, etc. The particle surface is protected by a resin layer, and the color is consistent; Particles are directly glued with sponge, which is the lightest; The project is simple, it can be pasted directly, and there is no need to brush mud to fill the joint.

Disadvantages: the surface is a resin protective layer and cannot be used as a floor tile; The price is medium to high.

3. aluminum alloy mosaic (aluminum alloy particles+back net)-because of high quality and high price, the sales volume is not large.

Advantages: the particles are all aluminum, the strength is guaranteed, and the laser, phantom, rotation and other effects can be made by secondary processing; Wear-resistant, floor decoration;

Disadvantages: single color, no pictures or other material effects, and the surface technology is limited to wire drawing or mirror surface; Heavy, installation needs to be filled with mud. Price is high.

In 2009, the wholesale price of stainless steel mosaic was very high, and many manufacturers of stainless steel mosaic made money, but rust and blackening were beyond their control.

10 started aluminum-plastic mosaic, but the price was too high. Tommy Tam and Yu Lang in the industry produce plates with one hand and process them into metal mosaics with the other. Unique plates make the price very high. Yes 1 m2, 350-600 yuan, and the arrival and price have not been discussed. As a result, the store's quotation was forced to 700- 1000 yuan, and the acceptance of secondary cities was very low.

Ceramic and glass mosaic brands themselves do not produce metal mosaics, but hire people to do OEM work and then transfer them to dealers at higher prices. Because the technology of ceramics and glass is completely different from that of metal mosaic, the former is a high-temperature furnace, and the latter is a cutting punch, which is not even the same as the plastic back net. We need to find a foundry to buy metal mosaics. The processing factory has no channels and no brands, but only orders, and the price is very low, at least 30-40% cheaper than the brand manufacturers. However, this kind of foundry is hard to find. Generally, it is not in Foshan. There are no color pages, no product brochures, no holiday promotions, and no samples are given directly.

My family got the goods from Foshan Mosaic City in 2009, and the cost was very high, so we started looking for a foundry. 10 contacted Panyu Xilong Metal Mosaic and Shunde Junrui Mosaic around Foshan, the cost was reduced by about 40%, and the quotation and confidence for large-scale projects were also full.
