1. Trademark registration process:

1. Check whether the trademark name and graphics are the same or similar in the category (very professional).

2 , prepare the information, a copy of the company's business license (self-employed business license) (self-employed individuals need a copy of the legal person ID card).

3. Submit the information, the Trademark Office will issue it 15-30 days after receiving the application information. Issue a national acceptance notice.

4. Wait for the Trademark Office to review your trademark application.

5. Pass the preliminary review and enter the 3-month announcement period.

6. If no objection occurs during the announcement period, it will automatically enter the one-month approval announcement period.

7. The certificate will be issued upon expiration of the approval announcement. You will usually get it about one month after the approval announcement.

2. Materials required for trademark registration:

(1) If an enterprise or organization applies for trademark registration, submit the following materials:

(1) Submit the application A copy of the person’s valid business license.

(2) Fill in the trademark registration application form (in fixed form) and stamp the official seal at the designated location.

(3) 6 black and white pictures of the trademark. The pictures must be clear and the size should be between 5x5 cm and 10x10 cm. If you specify a color, please submit 6 coloring patterns and 1 black and white pattern.

(4) If you go directly to the trademark registration hall, submit a copy of the person in charge’s ID card.

(2) If a natural person (individual) applies for trademark registration, the following materials must be submitted:

(1) A copy of the applicant’s ID card and registration document issued by the relevant administrative authority, ( Such as individual industrial and commercial household business licenses, rural land contract contracts). If you hold a passport, a copy of your passport is required.

(2) Fill in the trademark registration application form (in fixed form) and sign at the designated location.

(3) 6 black and white pictures of the trademark, which must be clear and in size between 5x5 cm and 10x10 cm. If you specify a color, please submit 6 coloring patterns and 1 black and white pattern.

(4) Individual industrial and commercial households can apply for registered trademarks in the name of the "Individual Industrial and Commercial Household Business License".

(5) The scope of goods and services for which a natural person applies for trademark registration shall be limited to the business scope approved by the business license or relevant registration documents, or to the agricultural and sideline products produced by the natural person.

(3) If applying for trademark registration based on a portrait of a person, a fair statement that the portrait owner agrees to register the portrait as a trademark should be attached.
