Below is a speech I compiled for you about the principal’s safety work. You are welcome to check it out.

Principal’s Safety Work Speech 1

Dear leaders, teachers, and students:

Hello everyone!

Campus Safety and Each of our teachers and students are closely related. According to statistics, about 16,000 primary and secondary school students die abnormally every year in our country. On average, more than 40 primary and secondary school students die every day due to safety accidents, food poisoning, drowning, etc., which means that there will be one class every day. students are “disappearing”. It is related to whether our students can grow up healthily and successfully complete their studies; it is related to whether our teachers can teach and educate people in a quiet and safe environment, and cultivate and create various talents for the country. Therefore, safety is the basis and prerequisite for us to do all the work in the school, and it is also one of the primary tasks of school education.

What is safety? Literally, "An" comes from "宀", and the combination of "安" and "女" means having a house and a family, which means that you will take root and live here. Understand. The seal script comes from Ru, from Wang (jade). Gai said that the jade delivered was intact. Safety means no threat, no danger, harm, or loss. The harmonious coexistence of human beings as a whole and the living environment resources, without harming each other, with no hidden dangers of danger or harm, is a state in which unacceptable risks of damage are eliminated.

What is campus safety? Of course it refers to matters related to teachers and students on campus and surrounding areas. There are two special features here: one is the location, the campus and its surroundings, and the other is the personnel, which only refers to campus teachers and students. To enhance campus safety, we must first have safety awareness and firmly establish a safety concept. This is the first issue we will discuss today.

1. Safety thinking is the foundation for campus safety. Without strong safety thinking, safety work will lose motivation and lack of stamina. The work will often have a beginning but no end, and the work will become a mere formality and fail to play its due role. It is very important to have a strong idea of ??safety! How important is it? It is the first thing for the school and the individual. No matter how good your school's teaching quality is and how high-level the teachers are, it is difficult to "be famous", of course it is a good reputation. But once a "safety incident" occurs, it will quickly become "famous", especially in the era of proliferation of self-media, things that are as big as a needle's nose will be reported as "an elephant". This kind of fame is of course a "bad reputation". As the old Chinese saying goes, "Good things don't go out, but bad things spread thousands of miles." For individuals, a safety accident may cost you your life and break up one or even several families. It's scary to think about it.

(1) Establish a firm idea of ??safety and learn to "think one more step or even a few more steps." It should be said that everyone has a certain understanding of safety work, and they also attach great importance to it in their daily work. Sometimes safety problems occur. The problem is often regretful white thighs. I just thought about it a few more steps. Why didn’t I think of it at the time? Safety accidents are often the result of a series of mistakes. As long as we work hard on one link, It's possible to prevent it from happening. There is a psychological "kicking the cat effect" here, which goes like this: "The boss scolded the employee Xiao Wang. Xiao Wang was very angry and had a quarrel with his wife when he got home. The wife felt angry, and it happened that the son came home late. "Pah", he slapped his son. The son covered his face and gave his cat a hard kick when he saw it. The cat rushed outside to the street and met a car on the street. The driver tried to avoid the cat. , actually crushed a child next to him to death, and the child was the boss’s son.” A series of mistakes led to serious consequences. Therefore, each of us should not be a second-guessing person. All matters related to safety should be done proactively and proactively.

(2) To firmly establish the idea of ??safety, educators must learn to “advance with the times”. School staff take the lead in safety efforts.

As adults and educators, we must learn to be open-minded and keep pace with the times, so that we can take the initiative in safety work. "Tang Zhi's "Pan Ming" says: "It is new every day, new every day, and new every day. "Kang Gao" said: "Become a new people." "Poetry" said: "Although Zhou was an old state, its destiny was restored." That’s why a gentleman will do whatever he can to the best of his ability. "This sentence comes from "The University". It reflects the enterprising spirit of the ancient emperors. I don't believe that the enterprising spirit of our "engineers of the human soul" in the 21st century is inferior to that of a "Shangtang"! For example, recently, a "chicken" Online games are extremely popular among children. I don’t know how much our teachers know about this game? Is there any way to guide our students not to be obsessed with this game? Only by keeping up with the times can we truly understand you. If you are a student and know your students, you can have a targeted approach and get twice the result with half the effort.

(3) Establish a strong safety mindset and have the courage to withstand the test of setbacks. You may ask here how to maintain a safety mindset. Is it related to setbacks and tests? In actual work, we educators often have our self-esteem hurt by some people and things, and have no intention to care about those "nihilistic", ineffective, and even thankless safety work. , I don’t even think about it anymore. When there are problems in the school, some people will jump out and accuse them from the moral high ground: “What is teaching and educating people and being a role model for others?” Some time ago, I changed a joke that was circulated on the Internet: “Some people, You reason with him, and he acts like a hooligan with you; you act like a rogue with him, and he talks to you about the rule of law; you talk to him about the rule of law, and he talks to you about morality; you talk to him about morality, and he talks about the national conditions to you; you talk to him about the country's conditions. When he talks to you about national conditions, he talks about integration with you; when you talk about integration with him, he talks about culture to you; when you talk about culture to him, he talks about Confucius to you; when you talk to him about Confucius, he talks about Laozi to you; when you talk to him about Laozi, He is pretending to be a grandson for you (poor)!" As our educators, we must have a sense of responsibility and sentiment, and consciously establish safety ideas and do a good job in campus safety.

Having a solid understanding of safety thinking is only the basis for us to do a good job in safety work. Safety work is not empty, but real and down-to-earth work. Without these work starting points, safety work will become a "moon in the water" , Flowers in the Mirror. Therefore, we focus on the work that must be implemented

2. Safety work is the key to ensuring campus safety. Safety work focuses on implementation. After long-term educational practice, our country The school and the school have formed a relatively complete and complete rules and regulations. If we carefully sort out the responsibilities for various safety accidents that have occurred, we can find the "answer" from the safety rules and regulations. However, we did not read this answer before the exam. No learning.

(1) Safety work must be carried out according to the system without distortion or deformation. Hebei Provincial People's Government Order [2010] No. 8 was announced on November 16, 2010. The "Hebei Provincial School Safety Management Regulations" that came into effect on December 10 are regulations and must be implemented. The established organization must be established and adjusted in a timely manner according to personnel changes and division of labor. Safety work must be led and organized by someone and not run away. The education that needs to be carried out must be organized. We cannot think that it is the same every year and there is no new idea, and the system that needs to be implemented must be implemented, so that the system is implemented horizontally and vertically, leaving no hidden corners. Those who should be held accountable must be held accountable. Small mistakes and big mistakes should not be held accountable. Failure to hold regular responsibilities is not to care for comrades, but to protect them. If you develop a habit, it will cause endless harm.

(2) In terms of safety work, we must constantly innovate work and give full play to the advantages of new media in terms of rapid communication and wide influence. I found that some school classes have established various WeChat groups. Let me remind you that in the group, you can not only publish homework, report results, and publish notices, but also promote some safety knowledge and common sense articles and share them with parents. . There is no safety aspect, even if you find something inspirational and stimulating positive energy, it can still play a positive role in leading the way. At this point, I suggest that our school learn from the "experience" of some off-campus tutoring classes. Their online publicity is overwhelming. WeChat, Weibo, self-media, QQ, Momo, and Toutiao are full of "chicken soup for the soul."

I don't believe that the "regular army" can't defeat these "stragglers". There is a joke here, "The New Tortoise and the Hare", which says that in the 21st century, the hare ran to the finish line in one breath and found the tortoise basking in the sun at the finish line. The hare asked the tortoise in confusion, "How could it be like this?" The tortoise said calmly, "Young man, I can beat you, who will play with your physical strength!"

(3) Catch In safety work, we must always hold on to family education, which is the foundation and long-term leader. I wonder if our teachers still organize "home visits" now, or have they been replaced by phone calls and WeChat? As an effective communication bridge, "home visits" should not be abandoned. Our teachers may usually find such an inequality: 5 days of positive verbal guidance at school; 2 days of negative behavioral guidance at home. It makes no sense, but it also makes sense. Teaching by example is more important than teaching by words. This also highlights the importance of family education. Home visits are our on-the-spot visits. When you enter the family, you will gain unexpected things from the environment of the family and the words and deeds of the parents. You can reach an ideological understanding of management and education with the parents and formulate good plans for student growth. Planning, you will also treat them differently when educating students, one key opens one lock.

3. Safety management is the ultimate guarantee of campus safety. Effective safety management in accordance with the law can continuously strengthen safety thinking and implement safety work, which is also the ultimate guarantee of campus safety.

(1) Safety management must be in compliance with laws and regulations. In specific management, as an educator, you must take the lead in learning how to use the law, and put an end to simplicity, roughness, beating, scolding, and corporal punishment in management work. Even if you have 10,000 reasons, even if you have a "parental mentality" that hates iron and cannot be transformed into steel, The hands you raise must also be put down. Because as soon as you take action, you are breaking the law. The "Law on the Protection of Minors" is national and is higher than the "Management Regulations" formulated by each province and higher than the various rules and regulations of our school. If it is manipulated online, we will lose our moral advantage in the trial of public opinion. We must not and resolutely not make the simple mistake of "I am not a good teacher, and I will not tolerate you!"

(2) Safety management must prevent the slightest change. "Bian Que Meets Duke Huan of Cai" should not only be regarded as knowledge, but also the basic concept of our management work. If we deal with a small conflict or quarrel among classmates in time and resolve it in time, it is possible to avoid a criminal case. a civil dispute. A thousand-mile embankment was destroyed by an ant nest, "Hidden dangers are more dangerous than open fires, prevention is better than disaster relief, and responsibility is heavier than Mount Tai." Everyone has a better grasp of these famous sayings and aphorisms than I do, so I won't be verbose.

(3) Safety management must be implemented over time. Security management is a long and slow process. You can't make superficial remarks, you can't register pictures, and you can't catch or move them if there are requirements from above. We should calm down and concentrate on doing it. Safety education should be taught every day, safety work should be done every day, safety measures should be checked every day, one task after another, with the determination that success is not in me, and form a habit over time. In this way, safe seeds will take root, blossom and bear fruit in this pure land. After more than ten years or decades, who will be responsible for school safety work?

4. Prevention and countermeasures of several common campus safety incidents. Today, I will only discuss with you the parts that require the intervention of the public security organs.

(1) Campus “bullying”. Campus bullying has several characteristics. First, both the offender and the victim are mostly minors. Second, it often occurs during recess, after school and other times when school supervision is unsupervised. Third, the crime is often hidden, and the victim often If they are intimidated, they dare not report the situation to the school, and the school cannot grasp it in time. Fourth, the consequences are serious.

Prevention and countermeasures: Organize timely education to clarify the legal consequences of bullying and teach students how to deal with bullying. The police and academies work together to resolutely say no to some bullying behaviors. Those who reach the legal age will be held accountable according to the facts and circumstances of the perpetrators, and they will be punished by law. They will never be tolerated and accommodated to maintain the pure land of campus.

(2) "Extreme incidents" on campus. In the event of extreme events such as terrorist attacks, casualties, etc. Although these can be said to be rare times, we should always take precautions and strengthen prevention.

Prevention and countermeasures: In-depth investigation of various safety hazards that may cause "extreme events". Are protective windows installed? Is there a dedicated person responsible for the fire door on the roof? Are controlled knives found in daily dormitory inspections? In one sentence , if something happens in school, don’t give it a chance! Campus security personnel should be equipped with necessary protective equipment and strengthen anticipatory drills at ordinary times. Once an extreme incident occurs, school leaders will arrive on the scene in time to control the situation and do not mess up the rules. Call the police in time, isolate irrelevant personnel, protect the scene, and lay the foundation for further police work.

(3) Campus encounters "malicious rights protection". In recent years, schools have often encountered malicious rights protection, which seriously affected the normal teaching environment and order.

Prevention and countermeasures: Actively sort out the hidden dangers of various disputes, formulate anticipatory measures, take precautions in everything, and do not fight uncertain battles. Once a "malicious rights protection" occurs, the entire process must be recorded and videotaped (of course you have to be concealed), and you should immediately understand the ins and outs, formulate a written text, report it to the education department, obtain support from superiors, avoid direct conflicts, and call the police in a timely manner.

I have said this in a long way. Please criticize and correct any mistakes. Please forgive me for the shortcomings. (Author: Zeng Yun)

Principal’s Safety Work Speech 2

Dear teachers and dear students:

After a safe and pleasant winter vacation , we ushered in the vibrant spring of ---- with new hope. Here, I would like to take the opportunity of the opening ceremony to teach the students the first lesson of safety education.

"It is everyone's responsibility to protect themselves." Do you know that the number of primary and secondary school students across the country who die due to safety accidents, food poisoning, drowning and other reasons is an average of more than 40 every day, and one class of students is "disappearing" every day. Don't think that these instances are far away from us, in fact they are happening around us. Classmates, you only have one life and cannot repeat it. Life safety is in our own hands. Safety is not only related to us as individuals, but also to our families, schools, and the entire society. Cherish life, enhance safety awareness, and let joy and happiness accompany us. Here are several aspects of safety issues:

1. Pay attention to the safety of campus activities:

We must strictly abide by the "Code for Primary School Students" and "Code of Daily Behavior for Primary School Students" and develop good life behaviors. Habit.

1. It is prohibited to bring controlled and hazardous toys into the campus, including fruit knives, small guns, and slingshots.

Unauthorized actions are strictly prohibited to prevent various phenomena that endanger safety. Students are not allowed to leave the school at will after entering the school. Leave school on time after school and do not stay on campus.

5. Pay attention to safety during various tasks in the school, such as sweeping the floor, cleaning windows, moving tables, etc., to prevent accidents.

2. Pay attention to traffic safety:

1. Walk in a civilized manner when coming to school and going home, and abide by traffic regulations. Basic common sense is: pedestrians keep to the right, do not run red lights, do not When crossing the guardrail and crossing the center of the road, look left and right to see if there are any vehicles passing by.

2. Do not take the "Three No's" cars, because the "Three No's" cars have many unsafe factors. If there are safety problems, the cost is difficult to guarantee, let alone compensation. Do not ride in overloaded vehicles.

3. Pay attention to safety during activities:

Pay attention to safety when doing activities at home. Especially when parents are away, activities should be kept away from construction sites, roads and other places with potential safety hazards; do not play in pits, ponds, ponds, ditches, rivers, dams, heavy construction sites and other unsafe places; do not play with fire or set off -, to prevent accidental injury.

Do not enter Internet cafes, electronic game arcades and other places where minors are prohibited from activities. Be sure to inform your parents and elders when you go out, tell them who you are playing with and where, pay attention to the time, and don't get home very late, so as not to worry your parents. Don’t go to school to play on weekends.

4. Food Hygiene and Safety:

1. Pay attention to food hygiene and safety and beware of "diseases enter through the mouth and poisons enter through the mouth". When purchasing bagged food, students must check the production clearly. date, shelf life, manufacturer and address, and do not buy "three noes" food; do not buy snacks from street stalls to prevent accidentally eating unhygienic food, expired and spoiled food, and causing food poisoning.

5. Disease prevention and treatment:

1. If you are sick, you must report to the teacher in time for early treatment.

2. Students suffering from infectious diseases must actively cooperate with schools and clinics for isolation and treatment, and care for themselves and others.

6. Improve self-protection awareness and ability:

Many accidental injuries to students are caused by not thinking of potential dangers and lack of self-protection awareness. As long as we continue to enhance our self-protection awareness and improve our self-protection capabilities, we can effectively avoid and prevent accidental injuries. During holidays, we should be careful not to follow strangers out for fun, not eat food given by strangers, and not allow strangers to enter and leave the house at will. Do not disclose your true identity, home address and phone number to strangers.

7. Pay attention to family safety:

Students should not use some household appliances, gas stoves, sanitary ware, etc. at home. It must be used correctly under the guidance of parents and cannot be careless. When electrical appliances and equipment at home malfunction, do not touch them without permission. Also pay attention to guarding against theft.

"Life" is such a vivid word; "security" is such an ancient topic; "happiness" is such a wonderful state. Students: When one person is safe, the whole family is happy; life comes first and safety is paramount; safety comes first and prevention is the priority. Only in safety can life remain vital, and only in safety can happiness remain charming. No matter what you do, always remember safety first. Life is the capital of learning.
