Legal basis: Article 32 of the Interim Measures for the Administration of Urban House Demolition in Harbin, if the demolished residential house is used for business purposes and meets the following conditions, the monetary compensation amount shall be determined according to the average of the compensation and appraisal amount of the residential house and the compensation and appraisal amount of the non-residential house demolition: (1) Before the demolition notice is issued, the business procedures such as business license, tax registration certificate and tax payment records shall be obtained according to law; (2) The business procedures such as house ownership certificate and business license are consistent with the business place indicated in the tax registration certificate.
