3. Please be sure to ensure the authenticity of the relevant qualifications provided by you during the application and subsequent operation (if the relevant qualifications provided by you are provided by a third party, such as trademark registration certificate and power of attorney, please verify the authenticity and validity of the documents first). Once false qualifications are found, your company will be included in the list of untrustworthy customers, and Tmall will no longer cooperate with you.

Entry conditions:

Only enterprises in Chinese mainland are eligible to apply to settle in Tmall, and applications from individual industrial and commercial households and non-Chinese mainland enterprises are not accepted for the time being.

Tmall does not accept applications for brand opening without obtaining the Trademark Registration Certificate or the Trademark Acceptance Notice issued by the State Trademark Office (except for some categories of imported goods), nor does it accept applications for pure graphic trademarks.
