The trademark registration process and procedure of the State Trademark Office

Cademont intellectual property trademark registration process is divided into two steps.

The first step: trademark inquiry. Submit the trademark and scope of use of goods or services, and word mark will issue the query results within 30 minutes; Graphic trademarks will produce query results within 24 hours.

Step 2: Apply for registration.

① Application stage: the submitted documents (before 12 am) will be submitted to the Trademark Office on the same day, and the list will be submitted to the Trademark Office on the same day;

(2) Formal acceptance and examination stage: Formal examination passes the substantive examination of the acceptance notice issued by the Trademark Office;

(3) Announcement registration stage: the substantive examination passed the preliminary examination announcement and registration announcement, and the Trademark Office issued a registration certificate.
