The logo of a car cannot be changed at will.

From January 1st, 218, brand-new technical requirements for motor vehicle operation safety will be implemented. The new standard adds the expression of "adapting to the vehicle brand". In the old standard, driving an ordinary brand car and replacing the logo with a high-end brand logo can't be punished because they are permanent trademarks and factory logos.

in the new standard, this behavior is "explicitly prohibited", and driving a car can only hang a trademark and factory logo that is "consistent with the brand of the vehicle". This means that Taobao will not only fail the annual inspection, but also be fined by the traffic police when driving on the road.

Article 56 of the Regulations on Motor Vehicle Registration:

Under any of the following circumstances, the traffic administrative department of the public security organ will give a warning or impose a fine of less than 2 yuan:

(1) The enlarged license plate is not painted on the body or the rear of the carriage of heavy and medium-sized trucks and their trailers according to the regulations or the enlarged license plate is unclear.

(2) spraying and pasting logos or body advertisements on motor vehicles, which affects safe driving.

(3) trucks and trailers fail to install side and rear lower protective devices and stick reflective signs on their bodies as required.

(4) the motor vehicle fails to carry out safety technical inspection within the prescribed time limit.

(5) changing the color of the car body, replacing the engine, car body or frame, and failing to go through the change registration within the time limit specified in Article 1 of these Provisions.
