What are the procedures for green food pepper certification?
(1) The certification applicant shall go to China Green Food Development Center (hereinafter referred to as the Center) and the Green Food Office and Green Food Development Center of the province (autonomous region or municipality directly under the Central Government) where he is located to receive the application for the use of green food marks, the questionnaire on enterprises and production and related materials.

The applicant shall fill in and submit the Application for the Use of Green Food Signs, the Questionnaire on Enterprises and Production and the following materials to the Green Office of the province where he is located: a statement to ensure the implementation of green food standards and norms, production operation procedures (planting procedures, breeding procedures and processing procedures), the company's "base+farmers" quality control system (including contract, base map, list of bases and farmers, management system), product implementation standards and product registration. (2) After receiving the above application materials, the provincial green acceptance and document review office shall register and number them, complete the review of the application materials within 5 working days, issue a notice of document review opinions to the applicant, and send a copy to the Central Certification Office. (3) Conduct on-site inspection and product sampling item by item according to the relevant items specified in the Green Food Inspector's Work Manual (Trial) and the Technical Specification for Environmental Quality Investigation of Green Food Producing Areas (Trial).

If the on-site inspection is qualified, product sampling can be arranged. If the applicant provides the product quality inspection report issued by the designated product monitoring agency for green food in the past year, and the inspector confirms that it meets the inspection items and quality requirements of green food products, it is exempted from product sampling inspection. (IV) Environmental Monitoring The investigation on the present situation of environmental quality in the producing areas of green food shall be completed simultaneously by the inspectors during the on-site inspection. After investigation, it is confirmed that the environmental quality of the producing area meets the exemption conditions stipulated in the Technical Specification for Investigation of Environmental Quality of Green Food Producing Areas, and it is exempted from environmental monitoring. (V) Product Testing The designated product monitoring agency for green food shall complete the testing within 20 working days after receiving the samples, product implementation standards, green food product sampling sheets and testing fees, and issue a product testing report, together with the completed green food product testing form, which shall be submitted to the Central Certification Office and copied to the provincial green office. (6) Certification Audit After receiving the inspector's on-site inspection and evaluation report and the environmental quality investigation report, the provincial green office will sign the review opinions within 3 working days, and submit the certification application materials, the inspector's on-site inspection and evaluation report, the environmental quality investigation report and the provincial green office's green food certification form to the Central Certification Office.

The central certification office organizes examiners and relevant experts to review the above materials and make audit conclusions within 20 working days. If the audit conclusion is "qualified" or "unqualified", the Central Certification Office will submit certification materials and certification audit opinions to the Green Food Review Committee. (7) The final conclusion of certification review is divided into two situations: qualified certification and unqualified certification. (8) The Certification Center will send the certification related documents to the "certified qualified" applicants within 5 working days, and send a copy to the Provincial Green Office. The applicant shall sign a license contract for the use of green food signs and trademarks with the center within 60 working days, and the director of the center shall issue a certificate.
