I am a company employee and would like to ask. One of our Jiangnan emery cloth companies was absorbed and merged by Fengmang Company. The original trademark under the name of Jiangnan Shabu needs to be transferred to Fengmang Company. Is transfer the only way? How will the transfer be charged for our situation?
