What intellectual property rights are there?

1. Intellectual property rights include copyrights, patent rights, trademark rights, discovery rights, invention rights and other scientific and technological achievements. Works, trademarks, trade secrets, inventions and utility models are common intellectual property objects.

2. Legal basis: Article 123 of the "People's Republic of China and Civil Law" stipulates that civil subjects enjoy intellectual property rights in accordance with the law. Intellectual property rights are the exclusive rights enjoyed by obligees in accordance with the law over the following objects:
