Eleventh printing, copying and other industries should comply with the following provisions:
(1) Identity certificates, certificates, letters of introduction, religious articles, documents, drawings, materials, securities, bills and tickets shall be printed by units designated by public security organs, and no other unit or individual may print them. Printing and multi-color copying should be carried out in confidential workshop (room), and the entrusting unit should send people to supervise printing and sales;
(2) Printing documents, certificates, letters of introduction, etc. , should check the local county public security organs;
(3) When printing religious articles, the certificate of the administrative department of religious affairs, the approval documents of the provincial publishing administrative department and the approval procedures of the county-level public security organs shall be examined, and the relevant provisions of the state on printing religious printed materials shall be handled;
(four) printing books, newspapers, periodicals, internal materials, pictures, calendars, calendars and other publications and trademarks, advertisements, should check the approval procedures of the publishing or industrial and commercial administrative departments;
(five) printed documents, drawings, materials and stationery, envelopes, securities, bills, tickets, etc. With the name of the unit, it shall examine the certificate issued by the entrusting unit;
(six) to operate multi-color copying business, strict rules and regulations such as copy registration, paper storage and waste destruction registration should be established;
(7) Unpublished speeches, written speeches of state leaders, articles containing reactionary content, obscenity, terror and feudal superstition, documents without the approval of the issuing unit and other printed materials prohibited from printing shall not be printed;
(eight) without the consent of the printer, the printer shall not be retained. Article 12 The printing, casting and engraving industry shall designate a special person to undertake it, and register the vouchers. The certificate issued by the entrusting unit shall be bound monthly, kept for one year, and sent to the local county-level public security organ for review and destruction. Article 13 For the products produced by papermaking and printing units, five samples shall be left in each batch according to the regulations (the papermaking machine and paper type shall prevail, and the printed products shall prevail, except for publications), and the product name, raw material ratio, production machine number, production time, quantity, production and processing unit and sales destination shall be indicated on the samples, and they shall be submitted to the county-level public security organs for the record at any time.
