I need to open a bottled water plant, what procedures need to be completed, what water purification equipment is required, and how much is the total cost?

Water resources are increasingly scarce, and like oil resources, they will surely become a profitable industry in the future. Many customers take a fancy to this point and want to invest in water plants. Now I only give some advice to investors who do not have sufficient funds and have unclear goals and always rely on the roadside. Therefore, the explanation here is relatively simple and easy to understand. If you have any objections, please feel free to communicate.

1. Customer: I want to buy a set of water treatment equipment. Where can I buy it?

Haihui Water Treatment: There are many manufacturers of water treatment equipment, and there are even more engineering units. The concept of water treatment is broad, and in a narrow sense it can be understood as clean water, gray water, and sewage. It can also be understood as domestic water, industrial water, etc. If you want to invest in a water plant, you are referring to purified water for domestic use. There are many manufacturers of water purification equipment across the country, and they are all mixed. Mainly speaking, the production of water treatment equipment in the South is relatively early and the manufacturing technology is relatively mature. There are also many outsourced parts processing factories and the production is more sophisticated. At the same time, the price is also high. There are also many water purification equipment manufacturers in the north, including Huaibei, Anhui, Jinan and Qingzhou, Shandong.

Water plants also need filling equipment. More than half of the manufacturers that can produce water purification equipment cannot produce filling machines, especially filling machines for small bottles and large output. You can go to Zhangjiagang to purchase these parts. , it has already become a large-scale industry there. The remaining supporting equipment of the water plant, including air purification, QS laboratory equipment, ozone sterilization, ultraviolet disinfection, lid removal and bucket brushing, etc., can be matched by water purification equipment manufacturers. The profit of this part is not large, so you can buy it with confidence.

2. Customer: How much does a set of water treatment equipment cost?

Haihui Water Treatment: Whenever a customer calls to ask this question, the manufacturer understands that the customer is probably new to this industry and has not investigated it yet. Just to understand the price and if it is within my expected return on investment, I will invest. If the investment is large and the payback is slow, I will consider other projects.

Customers must first understand the concept of a set of water treatment equipment. There is no such thing as a set of water treatment equipment. This set includes water purification equipment, filling equipment, disinfection equipment or something else. The set is too broad. (Water plant, take me as an example that produces 100 barrels of water per hour. The basic equipment is listed below). The manufacturer can't answer your question. If a manufacturer can directly answer 20,000 to 30,000, then this manufacturer is not a responsible manufacturer, let alone its after-sales service. They just sell you products. The product you sell will be water, and the water will be food grade. Everyone knows what it means even if you don’t say it

Of course, you said that if I make this call, I can’t ask how much it will cost. I just want to know, that’s okay.

a. Where is your water source? What kind of water do you want to use? Groundwater? Tap water? Mountain spring water? It is best to go to the local technical supervision department to make a water quality report (the cheaper one is more than 1,000, the expensive one is more than 10,000, the period from water delivery to getting the water quality monitoring report may be one month), and make a determination based on the water quality report. You can also take the water to the inspection manufacturer for testing, but it is not authoritative and is only used as a basis for equipment configuration.

b. Your venue does not need to be very big. Of course, it depends on the scale.

c. You have investigated the local market. Are you making high-end water or ordinary water? How big is the market? How much can bottled water be sold in a day? If it is bottled, how much can be sold in a day. That way you’ll know how much you want to take. (One ton of water can produce 50 barrels of water. Bottled water is not rationed. Bottled water has 500mm, 550mm, 350mm, etc.)

d. The "level" of water plant you want to make.

This "level" requires a lot of investment at first, and it is done completely in accordance with national regulations. If you have connections and funds, you can apply for a health license and QS certification. At this time, you can ask the manufacturer to equip you with what equipment you need for your water plant. Yes, you can ask the manufacturer to issue a plan and feasibility report to you. I don’t have that much money to invest, and I don’t have many connections. I want to start small. At this time, I want to ask the manufacturer for advice on how to install it, which equipment is absolutely necessary, and which equipment is unnecessary. Responsible manufacturers will generally have better suggestions.

3. Customer: I want to buy a set of mineral water equipment. What do you suggest?

Haihui Water Treatment: Many customers still don’t understand mineral water, mountain spring water, mineral water and purified water.

Mineral water, the mineral water currently on the market includes Laoshan mineral water and Nongfu Spring, which are relatively popular, and other mineral waters may be available in various places. Why are there so few water plants called mineral water? That's because mineral water refers to the quality of produced water, that is, mineral water. Before it is put into production, the water quality is tested to see that certain minerals in the water quality meet national standards, and the certification of this mineral water takes three years, during the dry and wet periods of each year. Mineral water must be tested and qualified, and mineral resource mining fees must be paid for mining. This alone involves a lot of investment. Not to mention future production. If customers already meet the above conditions, they can actively produce. This is a resource that is scarce in scarcity. If not, and you just want to sell it as dog meat, then you should consider the after-sales service of the manufacturer who promises to do it for you.

Many mineral waters have not been certified, or are produced during the certification period, or have mineral ingredients added at a later stage, etc. It is a mixed bag and all become mineral water.

Mountain spring water. There are many places that want to produce mountain spring water in Fujian, Guangxi and other places. There are quite abundant water resources there, especially mountain spring water resources. This part is indeed a good investment project. The water source of mountain spring water must come from a specific protected mountainous area. There is no pollution in the area, and no other pollution from the surrounding area enters the water source area. Therefore, if the water intake point of the factory does not meet this requirement, it is not true mountain spring water. Secondly, the water source itself needs to undergo self-purification by the mountains and contains a certain amount of minerals. However, drinking water from natural pollution-free lakes and reservoirs lacks this self-purification and mineralization, so the mineral content is low and the water source is also poor. It is not clean enough and often needs to be filtered manually to be suitable for drinking. Therefore, if the water source does not come from a mountainous area, it is not a real mountain spring water. It can only be called well spring water, lake spring water or reservoir spring water. Purified water is the most common. Mineral water, mountain spring water, well water, tap water, etc. can be used to make purified water. Some manufacturers make both mountain spring water and purified water, which are suitable for different customer tastes and needs.

Mineral water, mountain spring water and pure water have different treatment processes. Generally, pure water is treated by reverse osmosis membrane method, and mineral water and mountain spring water are treated by ultrafiltration process and nanofiltration process. Among these three processes, nanofiltration has the highest purchase cost, followed by reverse osmosis treatment equipment. The ultrafiltration process has a lower purchase cost than the two.

As for reverse osmosis equipment, ultrafiltration equipment and nanofiltration equipment, I will give a general description in future explanations.
