Trademark application
Certification documents and photocopies of the applicant's main qualification, or valid photocopies stamped with the applicant's seal, and a detailed description of the professional and technical personnel and professional testing equipment owned by the applicant or the institutions entrusted by the applicant shall be given to show that the applicant has the ability to supervise the quality of the specific commodities certified by the certification trademark.
Management rules for the use of certification marks, including:
(1) Purpose of using the certification mark;
(2) The specific quality of the goods certified by the certification trademark;
(3) Conditions for using the certification trademark;
(4) Procedures for using certification trademarks;
(five) the rights and obligations to use the certification trademark;
(six) the user shall bear the responsibility for violating the use management rules;
(seven) the inspection and supervision system of the registrant on the goods using the certification trademark.
Where a trademark agency is entrusted to apply for registration, a power of attorney for trademark agency shall be submitted.
Where the certification trademark applied for registration is a portrait of a person, it shall be accompanied by a notarized statement that the portrait owner agrees to use the portrait as a trademark registration.
The people's government or the competent department of industry where geographical indications are located authorizes the applicant to apply for registration, and supervises and manages the geographical indication documents.
Proof of the objective existence and credibility of geographical indication products (including county records, agricultural records, product records, etc.) and stamped with the official seal of the department that issued the proof materials.
Documents and materials related to the division of geographical scope indicated by geographical indications.
It shows that the specific quality of geographical indication products is determined by specific regional environment or human factors.
