There are two ways to apply for registration of an international trademark: Method 1 is to apply directly to the local trademark registration agency. Method two is to submit a local application to the Trademark Office of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce through the domestic Madrid Agreement. Through the Madrid Agreement, applying to the local country requires a trademark registration certificate for the domestic registered trademark, or a notice of acceptance of the trademark registration application. Fees are converted into RMB in Swiss francs. After the trademark registration application passes the review, the corresponding fees must be paid to the Trademark Office of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce within 15 days. The trademark registration time is more than half a year.
