How to judge your IQ?
# Conduct standardized intelligence tests

1. Professional evaluation: The most accurate way to judge is through standardized intelligence tests conducted by professional psychologists or educational evaluation institutions, such as Wechsler Intelligence Scale or Stanford-Binet Intelligence Scale. These tests need to be conducted in a controlled environment and managed by trained professionals.

2. Online test: There are many free IQ tests online. Although they can provide a general IQ range, the accuracy and reliability of these tests are usually not comparable to professional assessments. Online testing may be an interesting attempt, but the results should be treated with caution.

# Understanding of IQ scores

-Average IQ: Most IQ tests set the average IQ at 100. The IQ distribution is usually normal, and the standard deviation is usually 15.

-Score range:

Scores of-130 and above are usually considered as very high IQ.

Scores from -90 to 109 are considered as average scores.

A score between -70 and 89 may indicate a low IQ.

A score of -69 and below may indicate severe mental retardation.

# Precautions

-IQ is not fixed: IQ of children and adolescents may change with age, because their brains and cognitive abilities are still developing.

-IQ is not a measure of personal value: IQ test mainly measures a certain type of cognitive ability, and cannot comprehensively evaluate a person's ability, potential or value. Success and achievement are influenced by many factors, including emotional intelligence (EQ), creativity, perseverance, social skills and opportunities.

Multi-dimensional evaluation: knowing your intelligence level is only part of self-knowledge. Comprehensive evaluation of a person's ability and potential should also consider other aspects, such as creativity, emotional intelligence, social skills and so on.

Learning can judge a person's IQ to some extent, but it is not absolute. The study of some subjects may require independent efforts rather than high IQ.
