(1) Hold a true, legal and valid business license issued by the industrial and commercial department of the People's Republic of China, and obtain Passed third-party certification;

(2) Confirm acceptance of the "VIP Procurement Platform Service Agreement (Online Signing)", "Authentic Product Guarantee Service Rules" and "Alipay Service Agreement", and register as a user of Alibaba's Chinese website And open an Alipay account and use Alipay services;

(3) Submit the following relevant supporting documents and obtain approval from Alibaba:

1) A copy of the business license;

2) Copy of tax registration certificate;

3) Chinese trademark right certificate (trademark acceptance notice) or trademark owner authorization certificate;

4) Merchant-appointed contact person application and supporting documents for using Alibaba VIP purchasing services;

5) Other information that Alibaba deems necessary to verify. (Check different information according to different business categories of merchants)
