What is the process for reviewing Chinese trademarks?

The process of applying for trademark registration in my country is roughly as follows:

1. Submit a trademark registration application: You can submit it yourself to the designated window of the Trademark Office or submit it online through the National Trademark Office, or you can entrust an agent. Submitted by trademark registration agency.

3. The trademark enters the formal review stage (1-2 months): The Trademark Office will review the documents and procedures for applying for trademark registration, and issue a "Notice of Acceptance of Trademark Registration Application" upon approval.

4. Substantive examination stage (about 6-9 months): The Trademark Review and Adjudication Board will inspect, search, and compare whether the applied trademark complies with the Trademark Law and whether it is similar to other registered trademarks, etc. After investigation and research, decide whether to reject or pass the preliminary review.

5. Preliminary review announcement (3 months): If no one raises a trademark objection within three months from the date of preliminary review announcement, the trademark will be registered and announced.

6. After the preliminary review announcement, wait for the issuance of the registration certificate (about 1 month).
