China Trademark Association membership fee payment and management methods

1. Membership fee standards

(1) China Trademark Association

1. Association units Members pay 5,000 yuan per year;

2. The governing unit pays 10,000 yuan per year;

3. The executive director unit pays 15,000 yuan per year;

4. The vice-president unit shall pay 20,000 yuan every year;

(2) Individuals who fall under the "Conditions and Procedures for Membership of the China Trademark Association", Item 1, Paragraph 2, Article 1 Members are exempt from dues.

2. Collection of membership dues

Membership dues are the main source of funding for the association’s various activities, and each member unit is obliged to pay dues.

(1) Association members should pay their membership dues for the current year between January 1 and July 31 each year and remit them to the association’s bank account.

(2) New members who are approved to join the association shall pay their membership dues for the current year according to the payment standards stipulated in Article 1 of these Measures within two months from the date of receipt of the membership notice. If the date of receipt of the membership notice is in the second half of the year, the payment can be reduced by half according to the standard.

(3) If the current year's membership dues are not paid by July 31 of each year, the association will issue a reminder notice. Those who still fail to pay will be handled in accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 12 of the association's articles of association.

(4) The fiscal year for membership dues of the China Trademark Association is from January 1 to December 31 of each year.
