Grand's brand history
1466-Humbertus GALLET, the founder of the brand GALLET, became a watchmaker and watchmaker under the guidance of history.

1895-Goran launched the first watch in the American market for public consumption. Because these watches are too common for women and too feminine for men, they were immediately rejected by the public. All unsold samples were quickly sent back to Switzerland for disassembly. Although this breakthrough innovation was initially blocked, watches were reintroduced in a more useful way during World War I, that is, telling soldiers the time in the war. 1938- Senator Harry S. Truman's staff commissioned Golan to make a flight officer's chronograph watch for pilots of the US Army Air Force. 1939- Multichron Petite produced by Grand. 1965- Grant introduces Excel-O-Graph. This pilot watch features a rotating bezel and a comprehensive slide rule, which can be used for navigation calculation during flight.

1970- Asian manufacturers began to occupy the world market of electronic quartz watches. Despite the ever-changing trends and practices, Gallet brand continued to produce mechanical watches for customers and survived the so-called "timely crisis".

1975- After Leon Golan died, his sons Pierre and Bernard took over the company. They bought Racine Company as a result of their resistance to the depreciation of the dollar.

1983- Yidong Park closed its factory on April 6, because of the lack of family successors in the predicament of "timely crisis" and the sharp drop in orders from partner Gallet. In order to continue to support the owner Excelsior Park's kinetic watch, Gallet acquired the company's surplus inventory and assets to make ends meet. 1984 Germany's flume Company tried to revive Yidong Park, but failed.

1984- Wayne Brothers, a Canadian distributor of timing instruments, signed a contract with Gallet to manufacture durable watches for the US government. Wayne Brothers continues to launch marathon military watches and related products to this day.

1990-Goran provided Marathon with 30,000 Navigator watches for distribution to the US military.
