2, specific instructions
(1) Fill in one by one according to the requirements in the application form, and it must be typed or printed. If the applicant is a natural person, the ID number should be filled in after the name.
(2) Each trademark shall submit 1 application for registration renewal.
(3) If you come directly to the trademark registration hall, submit a copy of the agent's ID card; Where a trademark agency is entrusted, a power of attorney for trademark agency shall be submitted.
(4) Where the trademark applied for renewal is * * * with trademark, an application shall be filed in the name of the representative.
(5) According to the provisions of Article 34 of the Trademark Law, if the objected trademark is approved for registration after being ruled that the objection cannot be established, the time for the applicant for trademark registration to obtain the exclusive right to use the trademark shall be counted from the expiration of three months from the date of the preliminary examination announcement. Therefore, if a trademark that is still in the process of objection, objection review or objection review has been renewed, it may apply for renewal before the expiration of the validity period 12 months; Failing to apply within this time limit, a grace period of 6 months may be granted. Our bureau will decide whether to approve the renewal according to the final result of objection, objection review or litigation. If the trademark is finally rejected for registration, our bureau will not approve the renewal application, and the application fee can be refunded.
