2. See if there is any mistake in the pattern text of the woven label and whether the size of the pattern text is correct. When you get a sample of a woven label, the first thing to look at is whether there are any mistakes or omissions in the contents of the pattern and text. Of course, this kind of low-level error can generally be seen when samples are produced, and this kind of error will not occur when finished products are delivered to customers.
3, look at the color of the weave mark, the color is generally a common color system. The color comparison here is based on the original color or Pan Tong color number of the design draft. What about the color number of the color? Bian Xiao felt that there was nothing special to explain, and he could only judge by his own senses.
4. Look at the density of the weave marks, and see whether the weft density of the newly woven sample is consistent with the original and whether the thickness meets the customer's requirements. Fabric mark density refers to weft density, and the higher the weft density, the higher the fabric mark quality.
5. See whether the post-processing of woven label is consistent with the original customer version. General post-processing includes hot cutting (hot knife cutting), ultra-cutting (ultrasonic cutting), cutting (cutting one by one, then folding in half about 0.7CM), folding in half (symmetrical folding), die cutting and setting.
