According to Article 30 of the Trademark Law, the forms of fair use of trademarks are:

1. The name is only used to describe the goods or services of the party;

< p>2. The name used is not used as a product trademark or service trademark;

3. It is used in good faith and reasonably.

Legal basis:

Article 30 of the "Trademark Law of the People's Republic of China" applies for registration of a trademark that does not comply with the relevant provisions of this law or is in the same category as others. If a registered or preliminarily approved trademark on goods or similar goods is identical or similar, the Trademark Office will reject the application and will not publish it.
