2. If the TV screen is black or white, please update the TV system first.

3. enter the Recovery mode, clear the data, and then turn it on.

The entry method is as follows:

① Equipment with infrared remote control as standard: After the TV is turned off, hold down the home button menu button at the same time, aim the remote control at the infrared receiver position, and then press the TV on button until it enters the Recovery mode.

② Equipment with standard Bluetooth remote control: After the TV is turned off, press and hold the Enter key and the Return key at the same time, then press the TV on key, and then let go until you enter the Recovery mode.
