On the basis of the original qualification photos, a handheld ID card photo, an ID card photo and a merchant claim confirmation have been added. Please prepare materials in advance to save your time. The specific requirements for qualification materials are as follows:

1. Copy or original photo of qualification: Please ensure that the photo is clear and legible. The uploaded qualification must be a business license, organization code certificate, and tax registration certificate with the latest annual inspection. (Choose one of three).

2. Claim confirmation form: Please go to the claim page to download the claim confirmation form template and fill it out according to the example. Please ensure that the confirmation is stamped with the merchant’s official seal and that the authorized person’s ID photo and the submitter’s information are consistent

3. Photos of holding ID cards: Please take a photo of your hand-held ID card with the store or company office as the background. ID photo, and ensure that the store or company name is clearly visible

4. ID photo: Please take a photo of the front of the ID card and ensure that the ID information is clear and legible

You cannot mark fictitious locations that do not exist in the real world, and you cannot pretend to be an operator to claim, mark locations or modify location information. If you are an agent only Information that can be claimed, marked or modified in an officially authorized agency area cannot be claimed, marked or modified in an unauthorized agency area. After successfully marking and claiming the location, you need to maintain and update the location data in a timely manner. If you have not logged in to the Merchant Marking Center for a long time after successfully marking and claiming the location, we will have the right to terminate the claiming relationship between you and the marked and claimed location.

You need to submit relevant information and qualification certification materials:

1. If your store has branches, please be sure to add the branch name, such as XXX (Xizhi Branch), the store name cannot Contains website address, phone number, name, and spaces.

2. The name submitted must be consistent with the name on the front photo and business license or registered trademark.

3. The street location should be accurate to the house number. If the house number cannot be confirmed for the address, please use the base map of the landmark building to describe the "direction + distance". For example: (500 meters east of Baidu Building)

4. Please make sure the phone number is accurate and smooth.

5. The business license registration number and other qualification numbers must be filled in.

6. The applicant’s name and mobile phone number must be filled in.

7. You need to upload a photo of the door to ensure that the store name is clearly visible. Do not upload design drawings and relevant qualification photos.

8. A photo of the applicant holding an ID card needs to be uploaded, and the background of the photo needs to be consistent with the door photo

9. A confirmation letter of claim and annotation must be uploaded, and the confirmation letter must be authorized The person must be consistent with the ID card and applicant information.

10. You need to upload qualification photos. Please ensure that the photos are clear and complete. The uploaded qualifications must be a business license with the latest annual inspection, organization code certificate, and tax registration certificate (choose one from three).

11. For real estate sales locations, please provide project development certificate/property pre-sale license. For scenic spot locations: you need to upload the business license of the corresponding company, and also upload the state-owned land use certificate or construction land planning permit, etc. Relevant certificates; food business entities should provide food business licenses

2. You promise to have read and strictly abide by all Baidu Maps terms of service and Baidu Maps free marking rules and requirements for merchant locations.

At the same time, you promise:

1. You have the right to claim and mark relevant locations, and your claiming, marking and other actions comply with the requirements of laws and regulations and do not infringe on the legitimate rights and interests of any third party;

2. Your store’s business behavior and business content comply with the requirements of laws and regulations, and you have obtained relevant qualifications, approvals, filings, etc.;

3. You know how to claim and mark merchant locations on the map, etc. It is a free map service and the information and materials you provide are true, legal and valid. The location you claim and mark is the real location of your company;

4. You understand and agree: Baidu Maps has the right to refuse you Claiming, marking behavior or changes, offline information related to the location you claimed and marked (including but not limited to changing the name, ending the claiming relationship between you and the marked claiming location, etc.).

5. You understand and agree: Baidu has the right to require you to provide or supplement other qualification documents within a time limit based on the requirements of laws and regulations, third-party complaints or other circumstances.

If you violate the above commitments, you bear all legal responsibilities. If your claiming, marking, operating, etc. actions cause losses to the Baidu Map operator, you need to compensate.

Baidu Map Terms of Service
