Mark TM R or "Note" just to tell others that you have applied for a trademark.
If anyone uses this graphic or Chinese and English again, it will constitute infringement.
If there is no registered trademark, others can use your Chinese and English.
Because this is my "unregistered trademark", anyone can use it.
No exclusive rights. If you get the acceptance notice, you can put the TM logo in the upper right corner or the lower right corner of the trademark, or you can not put it. You can mark R or note when you get the trademark registration certificate.
