The good wine produced in Anshun can be traced back to rice wine 500 years ago. Nowadays, the production of Anjiu began in Zui Xiang, a winery in Zhou Ji in 1930s, which is a production process of brewing Daqu and Xiaoqu. On the eve of liberation, the restaurant closed down. 1953 resumed production, and 1958 was tried out in Southeast Asia and other places, which was well received. Since 1963, it has been awarded the title of Guizhou famous wine year after year.
In 1970s, Anjiu learned and introduced the production technology of Luzhou-flavor liquor through eclectic ways, which made it by going up one flight of stairs in taste. The liquor belongs to Luzhou-flavor liquor with an alcohol content of 54%. Style characteristics: colorless and transparent, strong cellar fragrance, mellow and sweet, refreshing and not dry.
