Hello, Landlord, the current Trademark Law and the Regulations for the Implementation of Trademark Law have been promulgated by way of listing, which clearly stipulate that the following trademark infringements are prohibited by law: changing the trademark without the consent of the trademark registrant and putting the renamed product back on the market. This regulation is new, technically called "anti-counterfeiting". The act of revoking, changing or replacing a trademark attached to a commodity by others according to law, and selling it as one's own commodity. So it's illegal.
